So weigh in at the end of Week 7 (Thursday May 14) was not good but not bad: I stayed the same. To sum up: April 30 – loss of .6 lbs, May 7 – loss of .4 lbs and then May 14 – no loss, no gain. I’d lost a pound in three weeks. But I was looking soooo much better. What was I doing? Well I’ve started on a 15-day supply of FemmEssentials and I’ve also added in with at least two meals a day Digestive Enzymes. What can I report? I’ve lost my bloating most of the time.
Now for last night’s weigh-in (May 21) — I lost 2.4 lbs. SWEET. Now let’s maintain this bugger of a ride.
